Select a Sample Rate

The sample rate defines how often an audio interface captures sound data per second for digital conversion.

RM1 currently supports the following sample rates:

• 44.1 kHz
• 48 kHz

To select a sample rate, follow these steps:

• On the device touch screen, swipe right to access the settings menu.
• Select Device from the menu.
• Press Sample Rate button to switch between 44.1 kHz and 48 kHz. The setting will be applied immediately.

Warning: Audio drop out

In order to apply the new sample rate, RM1 will briefly stop and restart it's internal audio processing. This will cause a short audio drop out.

Afterwards, the setting will be stored. RM1 will define the sample rate of the connected computer or device to match the selected rate.
